Year Up has provided more than 34,000 young adults with access to living-wage careers. However, the Opportunity Divide in our country is so much greater; affecting more than 12 million young adults who are not in school, not working, or, sidelined into low-wage, low-growth, and low-stability jobs. Each of our Anthem Award submissions are focused on scaling our mission to reach more young adults, and close the Opportunity Divide.
