Within four years after completing the Year Up program, average earnings for Year Up students were 34% higher than for those in the control group, the largest sustained earnings gain ever recorded in the history of workforce development research(1). We are committed to doubling the number of young adults we can serve with access to internships and work-based experiences

We found that a simplified, more visually appealing  application for casual viewers, like executives, was less valuable for our users. Our users are experts in keeping track of immense quantities of talent knowledge.  In short, we put more information on the page to accomplish the user's goals.
